Based on web-research, I have diagnosed myself as having tight upper-chest muscles and weak upper-back muscles. Anyone know of some exercises or stretches I can do to correct this? Any tips on improving my posture? It has gotten a lot better since I started BFL, but I look 100% better when my posture is perfect.
