Guest guest
Dear Your link to the UMass Poison Oak page was fascinating. . I grew up around poison ivy and poison sumac on the East Coast . And I've just finished my first experience of poison oak after about 31 years of living around it in different parts of rural California. I think Mendocino county where I live must be the world capitol of poison oak. Hmmm. Poison Oak essential oil or absolute with the ???? removed. Sounds fascinating. Thanks for all your posts. By the way, , my daughter Lola was helped with Homeopathy at a point when regular medicine couldn't help her and they even thought she had cystic fibrosis . Thank you for your posts, too. Has anyone ever succussed perfumes like you do with homeopathic remedies??? I know you do it also with flower essence remedies in some traditions of making it. On the subject of the energetics of perfumes I've been wondering if intention plays a part.? I mean I know it does. But since I live in woo woo Mendocino County , it's an apt question. Mojay has come up in this group recently . When I did a class with him I found the emotional energetics fascinating. When you are making custom perfumes for people ; it seems that their choice could also be related to what they need energetically. I also know that this has been negated in some books as a concept but I know when I am making perfume for myself I also choose things that are energetically what I need both emotionally and physically. Although I am not consciously doing this. Well what do y'all think?????? I am just back from gathering seaweed which I am going to play with making a tincture with. I love choya absolute and also cepes. New ideas abound. Cordially , Alison

Intention definitely influences a perfume....When I have done custom blending we often have blended with intention. I always put an intention in the blend that is for everyone's highest good. You see online that this blend is for abundance, this one for love, etc. Not only the oils that correspond with that feeling or desire are used but there must be an intention and " ceremony " to attract this state of being, feeling, or desire. You can definitely tell when something has been charged with crystals, stones, whatever. It is also so with intention with the energy of it. It is powerful. I have some new roll on parfums that are made with intentions. They are unique. Surprising (or not) people are always drawn to the one that they need at this moment. In Burr's book he would have us do a vibration measurement or something to prove the theory........ Happy blending.... JoAnne Fresh and alive essential oils bought direct from the source. Dr. Bruce Berkowsky teaches 'Spiritual Phytoessencing' which includes classic homeopathy as well as other alternative disciplines with an overlay of Kabalistic theory. The essential oil remedies produced are succussed into homeopathics, and the 'mother tincture' is an exquisite perfume that can be used in lotions, baths, etc. I've studied with him since 1998 and find his work fascinating and effective. He and Mojay once talked about collaboration . . . if you're interested in learning more, information about his training is at http://www.naturalhealthscience.com/phyto_essencing.htm Be well, Marcia Elston http://www.wingedseed.com " First of all, cultivate a contented spirit.
