You could use fitday.com to track your foods to see just how much food you are eating. As far as now making progress, how do you " look " , have you measured your bodyfat? If not you might want to. You may just be gaining more muscle than you are burning fat at this point. You could also be hitting a plateau and your body has adapted to the workouts and it might be time to change the exercises if you haven't already. I believe it is who said if you are not losing, try adding more EFAs to your diet and lowering some of the actual food intake by a little -- some of us need more or less EFAs than the next one. Out of curiosity, what are your stats? The less you have to lose, the slower it will be to lose it. -- -eve
Guest guest
Post as much background info as you can. Like sample workouts, a couple typical days of meals, what your free days are like, along with your height, weight, and body fat percentage. It's hard to make any suggestions without knowing the specifics. Girls, I need your help Okay ladies here is the deal. Guest guest
In the topsy-turvy world of the BFL authorized foods list, tomato is a vegetable, corn and squash are carbs, yogurt is a carb. It depends more on the calorie/carb density than what something actually is. Here's the list: http://www.bodyforlife.com/nutrition.shtml .
