Guest guest
Hi Pam, I'm new to the list but thought I would jump in and let you know that you can print out the pages from the body for life web sight exactly like they are in the book. I have printed them out and plan on taking them to the copy store and making enough for a month or so. Dh and I are doing the BFL together so I will need a lot more...maybe two weeks is good for now! One thing about the success journal is that it has pics of people who have had amazing results on every other page (I think). But from reviews I read on amazon by others who have bought it, I decided I didn't need it. Although just after I bought my BFL book I saw it at Walmart for the same price only the Journal was included for free! UGH!!!
Guest guest
I'm considering buying the BFL Success Journal and wondered if anyone here has used it. I made bigbinders for my husband and I to track meals and workouts, etc. However, I find that they are too bulky and heavy to cart around the gym during workouts. The alternative is taking a small notebook to track weights and reps, etc., then transfer the data into the binder at home. Just wondered if the Success Journal would be a more efficient alternative. Is it light enough to carry around? Does it have any content of value above and beyond what I get making Xeroxes of the pages from the BFL book? Thanks for any recommendations. Guest guest
I bought one last year, and am using it now, in my first official Challenge. I find it to be a great tool. It helps keep me on track, and my days go better if I’ve sat down for 10 mins the night before to plan with it. Plus, there is more motivational commentary by Bill, and lots of Success Stories, too. I would recommend it…just my 2¢. Christy in Indiana C1-W1-D5 anyone use BFL Success Journal? I'm considering buying the BFL Success Journal and wondered if anyone here has used it. Guest guest
Hi, I bought it, just because I am an incredibly disorganized person, and have to have things spelled out for M-E. I took off the large cover and use it as a notebook, it works really well. I like the inspirating quotes too. It makes you a lot more responsible in my opinion. When I'm done I'll probably go back to downloading the pages off the website and photocopying them again. > I'm considering buying the BFL Success Journal and wondered if > anyone here has used it.
