My Great Grandmother is in the hospital with pneumonia. I went and visited her when they put her in, but Saturday night my mother needed me more. I went to stay with her. She takes remicade for her disease, which is now thought to be psoriatic arthritis instead of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Right now she is in such pain that walking makes her cry. Not to mention my 18 year old brother is giving her a hard time. I interviewed for a new job, and was told that I got it. I start on April 5th. It will be customer service for an auto loan group. I helped my step father set up a gazebo on Sunday, I overdid it. My shoulder is so darn sore. I did have Trigger point therapy on Friday, so I should have known better, but my brother refused to help him, he couldn't do it himself. I'll be looking in on you all from time to time, everyone take care. He's 18, but not out of high school yet, but thinks he can do what he wants to do and ignore the rules. Because of my Mom's disability, she can't really enforce any punishments. She doesn't want to tell him to leave until after he graduates high school. I try to talk to him, he just says that I have no idea what it is like to be him. He won't listen...all I can do is be there for my mom. Plus....he has his first girlfriend right now, and my mom *loves* her. I told her that it isn't a good thing for her to like his girlfriend, or even get close to her. She won't be his last girlfriend. My mom is mainly upset because my brother is dating this girl who pays for everything for him, takes him everywhere, except to the under 21 clubs, where he meets up with other girls. All I can say to him is that what goes around, comes around. I think she needs to at least make him pay rent now....but she says she can't handle him.
