If you want a real dessert you need to try this....

Makes 2 servings

1 cup cold skim milk

1 packet chocolate Myoplex Lite

2 Tbsp fat-free, sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix

3/4 cup Cool Whip Lite

Pour skim milk in blender. Then add Myoplex powder and blend on medium

speed for 15 seconds.

Add pudding and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 more seconds

(stopping blender to stir with spoon and scrape down sides as needed)

Pour chocoalte mixture into a medium mixing bowl and gently fold in the Cool

Whip.

Spoon into 2 dessert glasses and chill in refrigerator for at least 20

minutes - Serve and enjoy!

I liked this so much I ate both servings last night - Oops! At least I know

that I like it :-)
