Guest guest
Dani, You can always add more veggies to help you through the tough times. Hang in there! Guest guest
I know this sounds like a cliche', but try drinking more water. It worked for me. I also find the Advantedge shakes to be very appetite quenching. I like the RTD kind, because I can carry one in my purse for emergencies. How long have you been eating clean? If it hasn't been long, you might find that your body is taking a while to adjust. Don't get discouraged! It will happen! -- In , " Blamy " <jennifer@m...> wrote: > Dani, > > You can always add more veggies to help you through the tough times. > > Hang in there! > JB > > > > I am sooo starved!!! > > > > Took 3 months off. Guest guest
In addition to veggies, sometimes I find a big glass of water will help tide me over another 30 minutes or so if I'm famished. Colleen > Dani, > I add extra vegetables to both lunch and dinner... My first day I about died I was so hungry. Then I started adding the vegetables. By the end of the first week, I had to remind myself to eat instead of watching the clock for mealtimes like I was the first and second day. Also adding the extra vegetables adds more nutrients to your overall days worth of food. Good luck! > CG >
Guest guest
Starved is kind of like if Seinfeld were on late night cable and all the characters had eating disorders... graphic eating disorders. It's dark and sick and wrong and hilarious and touching and romantic and sad and whimsical and shocking. I love it, but I know quite a few people who are completely repulsed and outraged by it. I was seriously entertained by the bug funeral this week, and was laughing out loud at the near fist fight in yoga class last week when Sam thought somebody was " breathing at him. " There's only one episode left in the season but you can go to the website to get the scoop on the characters and watch promos for each week in the episode guide. http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/starved/main.html On 9/9/05, lynette_baity <lbaity@...> wrote: > OMG!
