GSE seems to be one of the main topics on this board. I have been

sprouting brocolli, alot of the leafy type seed and garbanzos for

quite a few years now and never heard of or used GSE. Are you using

this as a precaution or is it because you have seen a mold problem. I

generally rinse my crops 3 times a day and have never detected a

problem with mold.

Also, I just tried sprouting mung beans. Does anyone have a good way

of dehulling? I tried dumping them into a bowl of water and hoped the

hulls would float but that didn't work too well.
