Guest guest
Hi everyone I just found a sprouting sheet from my old hippie sprouting days that gives methods of sprouting, amount of seed to use, soaking times, best temp for sprouting, # of rinses, sprouting time and length at harvest, plus a little drawing of what the sprouted seeds looks like. If anyone is interested I can either mail a copy to them (in US) a or I can type it up (that will take a while but I am happy to do it and it won't have the little drawings which I find helpful) and email it to the group. It contains 39 seeds listed from aduki to wheat. The sheet does not have a source name or number. The last bunch of mungs reached 1 foot! with the little leaves still in the yellow stage and the stack strong and thick. Now where is that jolly green giant, it's time for lunch.
