Dear lie: You're talking about the compound Anhydrous Betaine, not Betaine

Hydrochloride (which is hydrochloric acid). It is made in granular form and

called TMG (trimethylglycine). We've been providing it both bulk and retail for

3 years now. It is a complex of b6,b12, folic acid. Yes beets have it...so do

lots of foods, however one has to eat alot of it to help undo the damage from

excess homocysteine, which is why we suggest people supplement their diets

because most of us don't eat enough betaine containing foods consistently to

keep the continual barrage of homocysteine to a reasonable level.
