Guest guest Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 hello. i'm growing lentil sprouts now and letting them go a bit longer than usual as an experiment to see how big they can get. they are starting to grow little yellow-green leaves now. in the experience of people on here, do the leaves ever turn fully green, and do the mini-plants ever turn into leafy greens? thanks.
