[Nfb-hometrainers] OCD and Depression

I am a young man of 26 and have had mental illness since age 21. My problems are intrusive thoughts, compulsive thinking and obsessional thinking. Since I have become this way I have been depressed lacking in energy or any feelings of pleasure.Can someone tell me how successful they have been with similar problems?Thanks
