Guest guest Posted February 15, 2004 Report Posted February 15, 2004 I'm looking for an organized, computer-literate person to work with me and provide administrative support. Although I am (sometimes) in Miami, with access to e-mail pretty much no matter where I travel, I could work with someone almost anywhere. This person would work part-time with a pretty much completely flexible schedule and would primarily work via phone and e-mail. Tasks could include things like scheduling future trainings, following a procedure for making sure all participants received the correct information in a timely fashion, that arrangements with hotels were made, that we (TLC and the participants) got the best possible deals on lodging, etc., e-mailing materials to mailing lists, making sure that orders get processed and received, helping folks with basic technical questions (like " how do I get my TLC Assess file to work? " ), making sure the download files area is up-to-date and accurate, etc. If you think this would be a job that would fit with your lifestyle and strengths, please e-mail me back-channel. I'd like to make a decision and get some groundwork laid before I leave for Europe at the end of the month. Thanks, Pete Quote
