The thyroid test came back normal but everyone I talk to says the test never tells the whole story. My son has had a QEEG with lots of theta everywhere. His assessment says the same thing. Thyroid problems run in our family. He is not responding to training. Is there any way to definitely tell if it's thyroid or brain function. Often, just a TSH is done as a screen, but there are other measures of thyroid function.
