Friday workout

Hi,

This morning for the first time, I got up before to get my workout in. I got up at 5:15. We have some things to do today so I didn't want to start my workout late then have to rush around. I tried to be really quiet and do a quick workout. I'm use to blasting the volume on the TV so it felt weird keeping it low lol . Though I doubt she could've heard me because she was upstairs and I was down, but I felt like I was going to wake her up. Next time I try this I probably won't feel as nervous about waking her up.

I done Muscle Max Upper Body Premix. This workout is 42 minutes and it was perfect for me this morning. I got done and cleaned up and then got up and got her breakfast. Gee, it feels good to be done already lol I will hopefully get in cardio this evening.
