Kathy, I know how you feel. A couple of years ago

I had a horrible sinus infection that lead to

bronchitis. I coughed so hard and so much that I

thought that I had cracked my ribs. My ribs hurt so

much that I had to go home from work (interpreting for

a Deaf student) early because I couldn't raise my arms

without severe pain in my ribs. This went on for

about 3 or 4 months! I was not a happy camper.

I hope that you can get rid of your sinus

infection/bronchitis faster than I did. Drink plenty

of water, force yourself to eat hot soup and hot tea

(this will help to clear up the congestion.) Use a

humidifier at night, if you have one.

Thanks . This is the third sinus infection I have had this year. At least this one hasn't stopped me from doing too much although my more difficult workouts are off limits for now.
