morning workouts!

I too like morning workouts. Once I get up at 4:30 a.m. for two days in a row it happens easily. I'm programmed to just leap out of bed, drink 32 oz of water, pee, also wash down a cup of coffee, and start exercising by 4:50 ish. My mind is empty and can start fresh. When I come home after work I also like to work out, but tend to get distracted with my computer, dinner, mail, phone calls, etc. Working out in the morning is such a great way to start the day. I go to work feeling strong and alert, and like I have an edge on those just stumbling in the office with their coffee (in the Pacific NW we all drink strong coffees and there are coffee shops on every block or two, literally) Also, morning can be a spiritual time. I've done yoga with moonlight pouring in and there is silence all around. Just my 10
