Guest guest Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 So today I started with Gym Style Chest and Triceps and found that 3 lbs are too light. Wednesday I did 3 lbs and my triceps felt very sore. Today I did 3 lbs and I feel worked out a bit. So I really need to fetch my heavier weights from upstairs. I liked the workout even more this time because I could concentrate on form and lifting instead of trying to figure out what she was doing. Afterwards I decided to do Calorie Killer without the step. It was ok and a bit enjoyable. I like the older firms better but this was the first time I had tried this workout and I kept getting confused (it takes me a time or two to be able to do a workout right). Not a bad workout day but I feel like I wasted the weight work since I didn’t use heavy enough weights. I did feel it some in my chest this time, but no soreness or that worked out feeling..
