Guest guest Posted December 8, 2005 Report Share Posted December 8, 2005 Hi , I find this often happens to me when I teach 2 classes in a row at the gym, especially if I've partied too much the night before. I think it's important to fuel your body today for the work it will do tomorrow. Are you eating enough and a variety from all the food groups? I sometimes put Emergen-C powder in my water bottle to help replace lost salt from sweating and give me extra vitamin c. I hope this goes away soon!
