Saturday's workout - Gliding again!

Yesterday I did the full body workout for Mindy Mylrea's Gliding Disc System. Whooo Weeee - my poor core! It's a pretty tough workout because she does a lot of reps. Near the end of the workout she does 2 sets of planks with the discs that about killed me!

Now to figure out what workout to do today!
