Monday's workout

Today was cardio/sculpt so I did KickMax with my weighted gloves. I did the Low Impact Cardio workout which contains the warm-up, kickboxing, leg drills, and stretch. I then did YBB abs part one since there is no ab workout on KickMax. Off to work in now cold, snowy, icy roads - what a change from the 50's and 60's of last week!
