You can get GSE from BioCare - I think they call it Biocidin (don;t muddle this with another product we discuss called Biobotanicals Biocidn which is different). The Nutricentre do Biocare products online. I got mine from these people http://www.vitalsupplements.co.uk/acatalog/Bio_Support_Digestive_Maintenance_24.html Scroll down - its £12.95 inc shipping I got my activate charcoal in capsules of 250mg from Holland and Barrett. I don;t use them for much but this is basic stuff and fine for our purposes IMHO I use Custom Probiotics CP1 which has a minimum of 25 billion per cap and Kirkmand Sacc Bourlardii both of which I think you can get at the Nutricentre although I am tying to hatch a plan to get this in the UK for much less £ soon. I also use Biokutt www.bio-kult.com alo at the Nutricentre Mandi in Dorset

Guest guest
Just tried Ther-biotic complete. But stopped it as upset his gut (even when taken in small amounts) and still a prob after 3 weeks. Switched to CP1 (got from nutricentre) and much happier! robert > > > > > > hi all > > > im glad to join this group and i think your expertise as for parents > > > are brilliant. > > > > > > i was wondering if anyone could recommend me a probiotic that is used > > > to treat the gut , the small intestine and the colon. klaire labs > > > have a probiotic similar to this however where could i order klaire > > > lab stuff. > > > > > > ps does anybody know where to get gse or activated charcol and how > > > they dispense it to the children. > > > > > > hope to hear from you soon > > > nasreen > > > > > >

Guest guest
Specific Carbohydrate Diet is great for dealing with bacterial overgrowth (helps with tons of other stuff too). Apparently Clostrida cannot be dealt with that way at all, you need flagyl and/or sacc. b or culturelle (has some dairy, so go carefull if you chose to give it a try).Good luck,Natasa>> > In a message dated 17/01/2006 09:22:54 GMT Standard Time, > catherine.devereux@g... writes:> > P.S Whats your recommendation for suspected clostridia/bacterial overgrowth? > Am using sacc B and have used uva ursi/kap A in the past.
