If you do that workout 4-5 times a week for a couple of weeks you'll burn a lot of calories! To shut up you might be able to mute the workout and turn on some upbeat music like disco and change the movements when she does. Anyway, I think your next walking dvd must be Prevention's Walk Your Way Slim with Dozois. Walking is the base movement, like with WATP, but the ad in's are more like basic floor aerobics.
