wow you got a lot and they are all great. I haven't heard of fit to kick, dynamic strength or interval express, but they sound good too. You will love all the Cathe ones you're getting. I don't care for Boot Camp much and avoid it most times lol I don't like all the up and down from the lying on the floor to jumping back up. A lot of people like that one, but it's always been the VERY few I don't like of Cathe's.

Let's see, I have "kick Punch and Crunch & Legs & Glutes, step jump & pump & step blast, cardio & weights, boot camp & muscle endurance, ab hits, core max.... and there might be one more.

She also sent me Fit to kick, dynamic strength, & Interval express, weights first.

what all ones did she send you of Cathe? Cathe is definitely not one to start out with if you are new to stepping. I remember when I first started doing her workouts. I was all over the step and I got so mad and would yell at the TV LOL Now, I can't imagine doing anything else. Whenever I do her workouts I can feel that I worked out, I don't get that with most other workouts. I do get tired of doing her sometimes though.

Thanks . I am pretty thrilled about the workouts as well :) I will let you know more about those workouts that you hadn't heard of when I get around to doing them :)
