Guest guest Posted May 22, 2003 Report Share Posted May 22, 2003 Ok I so love cardio I want to do it twice maybe three times a week. OK only joking... Here is the scoop from one happy cardio chick. I just started this week doing the 'random' on the treadmill. IT is basically just like what Bill states in the book. So I am going like 3.8 to 8 mph warm up and up and up, and you can choose the incline I am at 18%. Then off like a crazy woman up a hill, my calves really appreciate that. YOUCH> Then your up there at the higher level for a while, down one step and then down one more then back to flat. So fun. It really makes the time fly by. Amazing today I was on minute 9 and was like wow! PSYCHED: loving it. So I run in the flat times for a minute each one that I can usually only 3 minutes. Then I get off and I feel like I am floating. Right out the door and down to the car. Every one lost or do you get it? IT is great.. I am dying to do lbwo tomorrow. I did it on Sunday and now it is my turn again. YEah. I just had a blast with it. Then I am really looking foreward to ubwo. Oh what the heck I am just loving how I can feel things improving. I love how I can feel my muscles working.
