Here are my usual protein sources: Egg whites Cottage cheese 'veggie' lunch meat 'veggie' ground round 'veggie' breakfast sausage Soy cheese added to the above items tofu Various bars Protein powder in shakes, homemade cookies/bread I'm in Challenge 2, Week 8 and this has been working well for me. I have been following BFL for awhile (almost finished with my 7th week)- and I have been seriously considering becoming a vegetarian. I was wondering if any of you are, and how that works out for you following the BFL program. Also, if you know of any links where I could get more info/food ideas/etc... I'd appreciate any help!
