Any connection between cysteine/glutathione and biotoxin illness ?

I realize that there is a deficiency of GSH in many chronic diseases, I am sure

including biotoxin illness, but does anyone know of any direct problems with

cysteine and mycotoxins/biotoxins ? I guess what I want to know is if cysteine

is in someway responsible for the removal of mycotoxins. Does anyone know this

?
