Guest guest
I think the ingredients I usually add are: 1 orange from my tree in season 1 carrot 1 stalk of celery 1 apple, quartered and seeded 1 slice fresh ginger, peeled a few pitted dates 1 banana, fresh or frozen cinnamon optional, alternating ingredients to that base (and not all of these all the time) spinach french vanilla yogurt frozen red grapes frozen fruit can of chunk pineapple in natural juice handful of frozen cranberries pomegranate pears I usually bend all of the mixture and then go back and add in a lidful of ice to cool it down a bit. There are so many combinations out there. Your taste buds will change. I also like to make a V-8 tomato based smoothie. Have never wanted to add tomato into any of my fruit smoothies. Experiment and enjoy. > > Can you post it here? Your go to recipe. > > •Robbin >
Guest guest
A really good one, not so healthy is a can of cranberry sauce and a can of pineappe with some coconut flakes. Delicious but a bit bad because of the fructose. An occasional treat. > > Can you post it here? Your go to recipe. > > •Robbin >
