Guest guest
I have methicillin resistant staph, resistant to everything but vancomycin and am considered a carrier. I am currently on the CMS protocol with Dr. and he ran much blood work re shoemaker protocol and waiting for all results but confirmed still moderate levels of staph and high herpes zoster (I did have shingles 2 years ago).anyway see a post where someone talking about MRSA and affect this can have over time on healing even if one follows CSM protocol or does mold remediation and so on. I also have what appears to be a very progressive form of MS and lung involvement. I'll stay in touch but want to hear more about what is known re MRSA treatments. Are IV antibiotics the only choice for me since vancomycin is the only med of choice and this is IV route only. Input appreciated. Where else can I learn as patient re MRSA. Docs are useless in educating me on this. Thanks
