*****There is nothing new about this.....if your doctors were not having you

been seen at least every 6 months for script refills, then they are putting

their

mal-practice at risk, IMHO. Being a practice management consultant for

several years and working with " risk-management " issues, the policies I wrote

for

my doctor clients, was that they must see their patients at least every 6

months for scripts. Now with that said, yes the upcoding is out of control in

many

instances, but not the every six months requirement.

If you can believe my doctor has refilled my meds since 2001 and no

appointment. He is that afraid of my illness. I am on medication

for a nervous tic thing kind of like tourettes syndrome, but they

don't know what it is from. The neurologist started treating me

first, but she refused to listen about mold. I left her office

crying around 2000 because she had a student in her office that was

nasty about mold, so I just started getting my family doctor to

fill the prescription. I doubt if I could have made it this far with

those awful tics and could never sleep before. Got the tic a few

years before mold illness symptoms started.

Thanks , you have answered several of my posts, I hope to

eventually try the CSM, but I don't want to do anything without a

doctor that knows what is going on in my body. I don't have the

money now for tests, etc. Dr. Johanning gave me such a bad diagnosis

in 2000 and no one did much other than all the inhalers, asthma meds

that I tried but really gave me the thrush. I have had so many

complications I am afraid to do anything. Once had 2 severe

uticaria episodes in one week--. We are a mess.
