L. E. A. P. Arizona, Inc., has some SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS. Please go to our

by the governor of our great State of Arizona. In conjunction with the rest

of the USA, we are pleased to announce that beginning in 2006, May has been

proclaimed by Governor Janet Napolitano as Lyme Education Awareness month. This

next paragraph is taken from the proclamation itself.

" I, Janet Napolitano, Governor of the state of Arizona, perpetually proclaim

the Month of May as Lyme Disease Education Awareness Month in the state of

Arizona, and stress the need for appropriate and accessible diagnosis and

treatment for Lyme disease patients residing in the state of Arizona. "

everyone up to date on Arizona Lyme activities. We also invite Lyme support

groups and their leaders, around the state of Arizona, to notify L. E. A. P.

groups participate in activities planned by L. E. A. P., so please send

ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT: L. E. A. P. Arizona, Inc., is pleased and proud to

announce that we will be presenting Lyme, Education and Awareness mini seminars,

to be held at the Healthy Habit Health Foods, located at 6029 N.

7th Street, just north of Bethany Home Road on Saturdays every other month,

from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Our FIRST seminar is Saturday, March 4, 2006, from

1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Healthy Habit is one of our founding sponsors. We will provide education

and awareness material regarding Lyme disease and also be speaking on

vitamin/herbals/supplements/Homeopathic remedies, used for treating Lyme disease

and

CO-infections. Please plan to attend in helping L. E. A. P., bring education

and

awareness to attendees.

Yet, ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT: Our fundraising activities are in full force.

The $5.00 contribution for the bracelet will be tax deductible as soon as we

receive our determination letter from the IRS. This will be posted on our

As soon as we complete and sign the contracts with a couple of companies

L. E. A. P. will be offering a couple of products on the website, in an

effort to help raise money for our mission. Lymies and chronic illness people

will love these new products. We ask that you support our " mission " and

We are please to ANNOUNCE that we should be receiving our nonprofit status

determination letter very soon. The process is a long one, but the IRS has

cashed our check and notified US that they will send the determination letter

after they complete their paper work.

A. P. activities. I have been very busy at the state capitol with Arizona

Senators and House of Representative legislators on several health matters

over the last

six months, which has laid a path for L. E. A. P. and Lyme issues. I

spoke at one hearing on alternative medicine and will be attending the next

hearing on Wednesday. These contacts are opening up many doors for me for

health

related issues facing the state of Arizona. To name a few, Lyme disease, MOLD

exposure, Pesticide exposure, Junk foods in our schools and the banning of

Aspartame in the state of Arizona.

So as you can see we have been busy at L. E. A. P. Please visit our

website, as we have been adding great information over the last several weeks.
