Hi

My Hylands Bioplasma have arrived. For the life of me I can't find what I am supposed to do with them LOL. They taste nice, melt quick, managed to keep one in Sams mouth long enough to melt :)

How many are you using for your son? Sam is 70 pounds and 8 years old
