Guest guest
Yes, get one now, they really help. I have a Honeywell Quietcare Hepa Air Cleaner. It is round and portable, it cost between 100-200 bucks, and can make a huge difference. I keep it in my bedroom. I have tried to make my bedroom a " safe " room so I can go there and rest. This has been very important in trying to limit my illness as a result of the remodeling. I have tried to isolate it from the rest of the house's air. I have a plug in radiator type heater, and I taped up the heat register, and I have the Hepa air purifier in there too. It has really helped greatly. The Hepa filters are highly recommended. Honeywell has been making them for decades, but there are other brands out there too. > > > > Are you taking cholestyramine? > > > > Also, you *need* to clean out whatever ducts you have and make sure > > that you are not continuing to inhale that stuff in any way you > can. > > > > If you have not already, buy a BIG air cleaner too.
