During chelation, Andy Cutler recommends: B - 12.5-25 mg 4 times a day.C - 5-20 mg per pound per dose (not day) of any buffered form,Vitamin A - 5 RDAs per day Vitamin E 500 IU per dayMagnesium several times a day - 10mg per lb spread throughout day; adjust if getting diarrhoea [NB - could try epsom salts, creams if getting diarrhoea - Steve]Zinc spread out during day -1/4 to 1/2 mg per pound Calcium 5-20 mg per pound Selenium: 1-2 mcg per pound [130mcg]Flaxseed mixed in food (but not cooked). 1-3 tbsp a dayMolybdenum - 5-20 mcg per pound [600mcg]Mixed carotenes (Twinlabs and Vitamin Shoppe carotenoid complex) Milk Thistle 1/4-1 capsule 4x per day; 20-80mg Some comments from me: I would also give glycine and taurine if tolerated and either lecithin or PhosphatidylCholine. Also try biotin and pantethhine between does and before and affter chelationWe found that mixed carotenes don't work for kids who can't swallow capsules as breaking the capsule open releases a very dark red/purple substance that stains very badly. I recommend a good antioxidant complex instead. I like the Now brand Super Antioxidants sold by www.iherb.com.

Also I have big problems with flaxseed. It goes rancid very easily.

I prefer ground flaxseed/flaxseed flakes and EPA fish oil. Good

brands are Nordic Naturals Pro EPA and Arctic EPA (iherb.com).

Perilla oil would also be good
