Guest guest
Bob, I thought the purpose of this “Group” was to share experiences and help one another. I didn’t think it was a place to " knock " someone because they have a degree or initials after their name. I don't know why you seem to have such a problem with Dr. Scahller, but I really wish you would just get over it, and get off the " degree " and/or " initial " kick, because I, for one, am really sick and tired of hearing about it. In fact, from now on, when I see a post on the board from Bob, I’m just going to delete it. As far as I’m concerned, if a person has a degree, and they are making money because of it, good for them. And if they want to give back to society, that’s fine, but if they don’t, that’s their prerogative, and whatever they decide, is fine with me. It is not my place to judge them, nor is it yours. The messages Dr. Schaller has posted on this “Group,” I have found to be interesting, informative, and helpful, when it comes to dealing with mold-related illnesses, and that is why I joined this group – to get information. We all have a “story,” but talking about your highly intelligent son, or the horrible things your mother and grandmother had to endure, isn’t going to help anyone who is suffering the ill effects of being exposed to mold. And for your future reference, the medical term for “mercy killing” – the act of putting to death painlessly, is spelled euthanasia. I’m just passing that information along to you, because in your January 4, 2006 post you stated, “I know the medical term for that but not how to spell it.” Gee, maybe if you had “initials” after your name, you’d know how to use a dictionary! Since this is from me she won't read it. will someone please show where I am said anything critical of Dr Schaller? I am constantly being misquoted. I do not being disagreed with. I have no problem with this person disagreeing that I posted an " off-topic " post as that is her opinon but saying I have a problem with Dr Schaller is not true and I have never said that. He and I have a disagreement about respecting people with degrees. That is not a problem I have with him. I don't even know him. How could I have a problem with someone I have never met? LymeAngel posted that I said several things which I didn't say but I didn't challenge her. If someone is going to say I said something, please clip what I said and leave it as part of your post so everyone can read what I really said. Will this person please repost my actual words where I said I had a problem with Dr Schaller as a person. Disagreeing with someone is not having a problem with him. I do have letters after my name but I have never used them. I got the letters before I became ill with CFS in '75 or I could have never had the intelligence or energy to have gotten them. I didn't have a dictionary handy but if I had known that I would have been made fun of, I would have gone and looked it up. You do not know me. Since you said you are not going to read anymore post from me, maybe someone will forward this to you. Bob
