Sauna Detox [was: Re: Purification program]

Please note that I have changed the subject line above away from " L

Ron Hubbard's Purification program, " " Purification " or anything to do

with Scientology. My experience had nothing to do with either and if

anyone has further questions of me, since I asked for them, or their

own stories to share I'd prefer it be about detoxification without

further publicity about Hubbard or his church.

I'd like to add, actually EMPHASIZE, that I'm not advocating the

sauna treatment program any more than I do or don't advocate

anything. All my comments are in reference to my personal experience

with the detoxifying process utilizing a sauna that I experienced at

HealthMed and later on my own. I have friends that benefited and

friends that didn't. Like always, check it out and take the risk if

you determine it may be worth it.
