WA work comp

Folks, at risk of looking like a bonehead (again) it has been conveyed to me that we are responsible due to Oregon Standards of Care, to examine and re-examine patients regardless of re-imbursement. I didn't think this was necessary if the patient was already examined by an MD and given a DX, and the MD is doing the re-evals, but apparently I was wrong.

I'll no longer accept WA work comp for these reasons, but for this case i'll have to treat it as an Oregon work comp, but for free.

Just a heads up for those who may have had their head along with mine,, in the clouds.
