*******LOL.....I don't understand your reaction? Are you saying " I don't

think so " because you wouldn't eat it, or because you don't believe what it can

do? Snow Fungus is used a lot in chinese/japanese cooking.....a very very

healthy addition to recipes and great for immune....

lol @LymeAngel.

No, I would not eat it. It's just the thought how different fungi

have destroyed so many human lives, because they don't know

everything about them and the toxins they produce, even in edible

fungi. I know the Oriental cooking is a little bit different. Their

immune systems/health is alot better than ours, so it seems, because

of their eating habits.

I know we use antisnake venom for bites to counteract the affects of

a bite, so I often ask myself why wouldn't they use fungi in our

case. It just leaves me with a very uneasy feeling. lol Not saying

it wouldn't work, it's just the thought.

Walking through the woods, exploring, I am a nature lover always

have been. I used to really enjoy observing the variuos

mushrooms/fungi around me enjoying their beauty. I can't seem to do

that anymore, because the affects that they have had on so many and

what they are capable of doing, this may sound ridiculous. I just

don't look at them the same way anymore.
