Guest guest Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 Here in Wa there isn't a wait list but they have a database. Folks are pulled off based on need. So it is a crisis based system. That being said, there are more than 12,000 people waiting for a service. One will get it only if they are in terrible crisis- like a parent dying.
