SHARI, Hey, we have a lot in common! A couple of years ago

you would have seen Rebekah and I lugging a stainless steel St.

Fair blender around. Totally sucked in!

I love the peeler guy! I can watch the show over and over!

JUST DON'T BE SEEN LUGGING THOSE DAMN YELLOW MOPS

AROUND THE FAIR!

Ha ha

If anyone does see him, pick an extra peeler for me if ya could!! I'd pay

you for it right away!!

On another note, is there any chance that anyone has 1 or 2 dozen extra farm

eggs? I just ran out of mine from PWF and hate to buy some at the store. I

am not that fond of Pop's eggs either. I'd pick them up from you and pay you

right away.

What is special about the peeler? What does it look like? I get one that

comes from Germany that I love. I will not be going to the fair. How much

do they cost? in Anoka

Therese. Have you ever bought the eggs at the Wedge. They carry the Larry

Schultz eggs.

Hello all, I haven't been here for a while but want to share that an

even better brand of eggs you can buy at the Wedge is from Harmony

Farms (the yolks are deeper orange as compared to the Larry Schultz

eggs). They are delivered on Tuesdays and sell out within a few

days. Hope they increase their production because they are the best

eggs I have seen for sale in a commercial establishment/coop. It's

worth paying $2.89 a dozen for them.

I used to buy eggs for $1 a dozen from my hairdresser who lives in

. She mixes her own organic feed, but the chickens are not free

ranging because she has fox problems. The yolks were just too pale.

Harmony Farms is in town, MN, and they have a website

www.harmonyorganics.org. Their eggs are certified organic, free

range, antibotic free and taste very good.

Just wanted to say we've had our peeler maybe 10 years now, and still

use it every day. I bought it just because the guy was such a blast to

watch (he has a particularly big nose that really adds to the act, in

addition to being a genuinely funny salesman). Anyway, it's the best

peeler I've ever had. Works great on beets & squash, and makes

fantastic carrot curls. Also, it came with a wonderful slicer that can

really thin-slice onions, etc.

Also, on another note, Will's liver is the best liver I've ever had,

and I consider myself somewhat of a liver connoisseur. Tender, tasty,

and CHEAP, besides being grassfed and wholesome. I only eat liver once

or twice a month, or I'd be there buying him out!
