Guest guest
Hey Lydia, I'll take your advice. Yeah, I've been a little low on cash too. Don't feel bad. My husband has been working his butt off, and like times have gotten harder, esp. since Hurricaine Charley. His job was closed for like almost a week b/c the storm did so much damage. How much is Betagen anyway? I need to get a jogging stroller so when I go out for walks and joggs, it'll be easier to carry my son. We have a regular stroller, but it's not made for that type of impact for running & stuff. Those things are SO expensive. ________________________________________________________________________ In a message dated 8/23/2004 5:14:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time, groups@... writes: If you have the IM still, you can copy/paste it and send it to . That violates TOS. I think this person is one of the ones who was banned and came back with another sn. Clearly someone who is unbalanced. I'm sorry it affected you. My BFL plan is going slowly... I've been lazy about weight training this past couple weeks, and NOT following my nutritional plan at all. Part of it is that I've been out of my favorite supplement, Betagen, and part of it is that I'm kinda depressed about being broke and asking my husband to buy extra stuff that the kids won't eat for my meal plans. I sure hope I find a good job soon!

Guest guest
I eat that a lot too! It is a great combination! >>> ctheilac@... 05/04/05 8:30 AM >>> I just ate this today and wanted to know what everyone thinks of it....it was really yummy!! Kashi-Yogurt (1 cup Kashi Cereal and 1-6oz container of Blue Bunny Carb Free Yogurt, sweetened with Splenda) Calories: 230 Fat: 4 Protein: 22 Carbs: 35 I know yogurt is labeled as a carb but since this one is a " carb control " it has only 5 carbs and 9 proteins. Guest guest
Yes it is alot better than the regular diet coke. It's a little sweeter. Have you tried Diet Dr. Pepper I'm hooked on it right now. Guest guest
That doesn't sound too weird. It's probably similar to the red pressure bruises (they look like red lines) you get on the tops of your shoulders from doing lying leg presses or standing calf raises - anything where the seams of your t-shirt get pressed into your skin from the pads on a machine. I imagine that your body weight pressing hard against those little round metal holes would have the same kind of effect. On 10/10/05, Fisher <jfisher@...> wrote: > > > Question for you gals.
