Did you add anything such as milk to the eggs in the VM? I usually

just blend mine using a fork, but if it makes such a difference, I

should try it.

LOVE to hear this story Marsha!I dump the eggs into the Vitamix and wet-chop the veggies in the eggs - the eggs get scrambled at the same time that the veggies are getting chopped! You can even drop a chunk of cheese in there with the veggies and it all gets chopped up at the same time!

Well that answers my question. Sounds delicious. I got lazy and

picked up pico de gallo at Costco the other day (because they

finally have a no preservative brand in their fridge) and sauteed a

couple of spoonfuls in a tiny bit of evoo, then added the eggs and

stirred. IT was delicious, so now I am open to more experimenting.

No I didn’t add anything….I put 5 eggs into the blender, turned it on 1  and up the dial, maybe to 2 or 3, I really didn’t pay attention, I just knew I didn’t want to stir them much, just a bit…then I poured them over the veggies I already had sauteéing in the skillet…It made the most creamy omelet….I had onions, celery, red and yellow bell pepper and broccoli…then I poured the eggs over them, then I put chunks of avocado on, some green and black olives, some shredded pepper jack cheese, then stuck in the oven till the cheese melted all over…..so creamy and tender.   I did season with cayenne, Himalayan pink salt, pepper and Fine Herbs, but I sprinkled them directly over the eggs after I poured them over the veggies.  From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Velda Sent: Sunday, November 13, 2011 4:55 PM Subject: Re: creamy eggs from the Vitamix Did you add anything such as milk to the eggs in the VM? I think I may do the same, except I only have frozen spinach at

if hubby has not devoured them. Some sharp cheddar and it sounds

I'd be surprised. I live in land (Potomac which is a suburb of Washington, DC) Pe Se which is in NYC and is the only other Keller restaurant. Maybe she mentioned The Inn at Little Washington which is not too far from Wash.,dc. The chef there is O'Connell and it's the closest quality to The French Laundry that we have.TerrySent from my iPadOn Nov 13, 2011, at 10:15 PM, Velda <solomon@...> wrote:

I didn’t add anything….I put 5 eggs into the

blender, turned it on 1 and up the dial, maybe

to 2 or 3, I really didn’t pay attention, I just

knew I didn’t want to stir them much, just a

bit…then I poured them over the veggies I

already had sauteéing in the skillet…It made the

most creamy omelet….I had onions, celery, red

and yellow bell pepper and broccoli…then I

poured the eggs over them, then I put chunks of

avocado on, some green and black olives, some

shredded pepper jack cheese, then stuck in the

oven till the cheese melted all over…..so creamy

and tender. I did season with cayenne,

Himalayan pink salt, pepper and Fine Herbs, but

I sprinkled them directly over the eggs after I

poured them over the veggies.

Did you add anything such as milk to the

eggs in the VM? I usually just blend mine

using a fork, but if it makes such a

difference, I should try it.

If you go get your wallet out, be prepared to spend several hundred bucks for a dinner. I sort of remember $700.00 but it's three star Michelin.Sent from my iPadOn Nov 14, 2011, at 1:10 AM, Velda <solomon@...> wrote:

I like to put asparagus and cheese in the middle of my folded ovee omelets. I have a folding omelet pan which makes it easy.
