I am starting my 6th week on the program. My progress has been slow

but finally Saturday I made some headway. I've only lost 1.5

pounds. I've lost 1 inch in my chest, 1/2 inch in my waist, 1/2 inch

in my hips, arms stayed the same and my thighs got 1/4 inch bigger

(muscle I hope). Anyway, I know some people suggest doing extra

cardio toward the end to burn more fat and I'm wondering why I can't

do that now to try to speed things along. I am also going to start

the ab boot camp so I can see some real improvement there. Does

anyone know of any reason I can't do these things now instead of

waiting for 10 weeks.
