I would love this with fresh frozen pineapple, fresh cranberries, and full-fat coconut milk. I could make it a sorbet or a smoothie depending on which I wanted and how long I blended. Great flavor combination suggestion!WISH that I could handle the sugars from pineapple better. I bet that the full-fat coconut milk would help mitigate the sugar fluctuation. I might give this a try...

Very simple this morning.

1 can pineapple in natural juice

1 can cranberry (this is a treat, not a regular occurance because it does have high fructose in it)

some coconut flakes

Cinnamon

Ice

I am in total agreement about fresh being better for this, I am looking forward

to really stocking up on fresh cranberries when the bags hit the store and

freezing them.

I just saw bags of cranberries in the store yesterday when I did my weekly shopping. I wish I would have picked up a bag now. I guess I'll just have to go back! :) Lorihttp://lifeontheveganedge.blogspot.com/From: flnancy1958 <flnancy1958@...> Sent: Monday, October 24, 2011 6:14 PMSubject:

If you are using fresh cranberries you probably do need a bit more sweetner. My

canned cranberries had the bad sweetner built in. Maybe use dates or agave or

honey or something to sweeten it up a bit. I also had the coconut flakes in

mine that were sweetened.
