And Avocado is one of my most favorite additives to ice cream to make it "creamier" :-)I bet it would have turned out perfectly if you kept the chocolate rice milk to exactly the 1 cup line. Frozen milk cubes (from a cow or soy beans or rice or nuts) are great instead of water ice cubes when trying to make ice cream in the VM.
