And fishing was GOOD. I've got the salmon now. I went over to the IATP

office where I purchased all the rest of the ALASKAN TROLL-CAUGHT

SALMON at bulk close-out discount.

I've got FILLETS, STEAKS and more. It's quite the deal and I bought it at a

discount. You can now have the $11.99-16.99/# salmon for what I paid for it,

$9/# first come-first serve.

I talked to Mike Skladany of the Fish Network today and it looks like the

Trad-Foods-MN people, e.g. " US " , can be in charge of distributing ALL the

fish from the sustainable fish buying club from now on. It makes sense. We

are here for many other foods, let's add this one. We are also sending our

subscribe address to their mailing list and I put theirs on that previous e-mail

about salmon.

So, come one, come all. It's the EVERYTHING GOES! THE BOSS IS CRAZY!

GOING OUT FOR BUSINESS SALE!

All the fish is fresh-frozen, Packages are 3/4- 1 1/2# in size and you can have

first choice if you come right away.

P.S. Thanks to member Greg I realized I'd made some errors on my

last fish message:

1) I said it was " fresh " it's actually fresh but instantly frozen right on the

boat

(in many ways, this is even better than any other method-no rancidity, no

oxidation, and far less chance of any problem0

2) This is not the Yukon River salmon we ate at the IATP event. This is from

one fisherman in Alaska. I will post his details in a seperate e-mail.

3) This fish is caught in the ocean on 46' TROLLER BOAT
