Just one more thing then I'll shut up for the night. Let me start off

by saying I really strongly dislike most cardio work. Live aerobic

classes are okay, but I don't belong to a gym and don't plan on

going. So, One of my goals is to have the aerobic capacity to run/jog

around our circle. It's just under one mile. I have only ever jogged

once in my life about about 9 years and 60 pounds ago, at the most

maybe a quarter-mile and that was with a friend who'd spur me on. So

yesterday I went out after work and bought my first pair of running

shoes ever. This morning I was up and ready to go and DH says it's

raining. I said, Don't care I'm going anyway. Lucky for me it had

quite raining and for my first official jog, after a 4 minute walk,

managed 4 minutes without passing out. I walked about 5 minutes,

jogged 3 more, and finished by walking up and down my driveway. I

was so excited. Nothing hurt and I was quite soaked with sweat

afterward. It's been my best cardio day yet.
