Guest guest
Truly, the best " remedy " is to figure out what is causing the distress in the first place. I suffered with chronic digestive issues most of my life, and only when I identified the triggers and started avoiding them did I see any improvement. Keeping a detailed food journal is a good way to identify what might be setting off your discomfort. Ginger is an excellent stomach tonic, but I would be hesitant to suggest remedies when it is not clear what you are dealing with. Certain things can make matters worse. > > > Any suggestions for home remedies of gastritis, heartburn, dyspepsia? > I believe half cup of potato juice before meals helps...can I use " vm " for potato juice? > Will appreciate any " easy " suggestions? > > Thank you. > >
