I never got back to this, but I was wondering...

After I had babies, the hospital had those full panties that were disposable. I

don't have a menses anymore but I remember that I liked them so much better than

a pad (which ALWAYS would leak or ruin a pair of panties early in the cycle or

at night, especially) that I bought those for sleeping when in menses plus for

those heavy days.

It may not have been " pretty " but what did I care? And they were comfortable

for me. They did not show through my jeans or a dress. Were not bulky.

I don't have a daughter with DS but I just wondered if that might not be a

better option, especially if the pads cause discomfort and all.
