Guest guest Posted July 23, 2006 Report Posted July 23, 2006 Ok - sending this a second time so hope you don't get duplicates. says I'm bouncing messages. Not sure what that's all about. Anyway.....this is what I sent earlier: Good morning! Hope everyone made it back home safe and sound! I had a great time, as always, and wanted to thank Shaye, Beth and Deb for all the work they did to put this on for us. Everything was wonderful! I don't know who made the red leaf lettuce salad with the tuna but I was wondering if I could get the recipe for that? It was delicious and great for a summer dish! , I drove up to my favorite jewelweed spot this morning and, guess what? It was in bloom! Go figure! I was ready to harvest it anyway since you said I didn't need to wait. I'm a happy camper now. :-) I have got to be the cleanest person in New York state right now. I love product swaps because I get so sick of using my own stuff and love when I can try someone else's. I took a bath with Gabby's Oatmeal Honey Milk soap last night and loved it! (won hers in the Yankee Swap). By the way, Gabby, your labels are really nice! I shaved my legs with Bekka's cream soap and it was incredible! I hope you all took the opportunity to purchase a jar of that. I'm so glad that I bought 2! I bought some cream soap from a vendor once just to see what it was like and, to be honest, it wasn't nearly as creamy as Bekka's. This stuff is perfect for shaving. My skin feels so soft. Bekka, someone said that your cream soap was scented with Tony's Cherry Blossom. I just wanted to make sure because I'm going to order some of that. It smells wonderful. I showered with 's luxury bar today! What a creamy lather! The blend of essential oils you used are fantastic together! Tomorrow it will be Cheryl's Lavender Oatmeal bar. I've been curious what soap made with deer tallow would be like so can't wait for that one! My husband snagged the Oakmoss soap but I couldn't find a name on that or a name to match it in the booklet. He loves it but I don't know who to thank! Any idea? Tomorrow night I will be soaking my feet with nne's foot soak cubes. I was so excited when I saw those. I've been having trouble with poor circulation and my feet are so sore at the end of a work day because of all of the walking I do. I've been soaking them in plain old epsom salts but this will be much better! Thanks everyone for a fun day. Can't wait till next year. I know lots of people have volunteered to host it but I'll throw my name out there too just in case things change by next year. Enjoy this sunny, DRY Sunday! Katy Quote
